Chia Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
  • 20g dates
  • 50g strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 50g chia seeds
  • 300ml plant milk
  • 2tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1g walnuts
  • 1tbsp sunflower seeds
Instructions
  1. If you plan to eat your chia pudding for breakfast, begin this recipe the night before. Alternatively, if you intend to eat the pudding for dessert, begin preparing the recipe in the morning. Mix the chia seeds together with the plant milk, cinnamon and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  2. Stir well, cover and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
  3. After 3 hours, use the hand blender to mix the dates through the seed mixture. If using hard dates, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes first.
  4. Cut the strawberries and the banana into small pieces.
  5. Chop the walnuts finely.
  6. Garnish your chocolate chia mix with the strawberries, banana, walnuts and sunflower seeds.
