Chocolate Chip Cookies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla and mix until smooth.
- In a separate large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring well to combine. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop the dough by the tablespoonful onto unreleased baking sheets. Bake until slightly browned around the edges, about 15 minutes. Cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely, about 20 minutes. When completely cool, store in an airtight container.
