Fig and Date Smoothie
The fresh figs enhance the creamy texture of this smoothie whilst creating a delicious sweet flavor. The addition of dried dates, soy yogurt, and pea protein powder combine to create a wonderful, creamy blend rich in fiber and protein!

  • 5 dried dates
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup soy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Pulsin pea protein powder
