My Everyday Smoothie with Orange, Banana, and Dates
My other favorite smoothie combos are this cherry smoothie and this refreshing green kiwi smoothie. Both are fabulous. And this orange smoothie is definitely in the top 3. Make yourself a batch and enjoy with bright new morning or after a workout.

Ingredients
  • 10 Pcs dried and pitted dates
  • 1 Pcs orange
  • 2 Pcs bigger ripe bananas
  • 1 cup water
Instructions
  1. Pour some boiled water over the dates and let them soak for a couple of minutes.
  2. Peel the orange and bananas and put them into the blender along with water and drained and rinsed dates. Blend until smooth.
