Oil Free Hummus
This recipe serves as a basic starting point for all oil free hummus creations, and can be added to to make any type of hummus, simply by adding more ingredients while blending. Also, if this consistency is too thick, just add more liquid!
Servings
Ingredients
  • 250 g cooked chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened soya milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
  2. Garnish with smoked paprika, cumin seeds and coriander or parsley, and serve!
