VEGAN TOAST
I mean what could be better than crispy bread with delicious toppings? Very few things in my book. And today I’m showing you 3 new ways to switch up your toast game that is going to revive your love for this breakfast classic. Now, all of these recipes can be eaten at any time of the day. Don’t limit yourself to only eating toast first thing in the morning. Whether you have one of these for lunch, a snack, or even dinner, you will find them all totally satisfying and filling.

  • 2 slices bread toasted
  • 4 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 1 green onion diced
  • 2 tbsp chives diced
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado sliced

  • 2 slices bread toasted
  • 4 oz vegan cream cheese
  • 1 green onion diced
  • 2 tbsp chives diced
  • garlic salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine cream cheese, green onion, chives, garlic salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Split cream cheese mixture between both slices of bread. Top each slice with avocado. Serve immediately.
