Winter Spiced Carrot Smoothie
This smoothie combines carrots that are rich in fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants with flavors like cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg plus a sprinkling of our pea protein powder. The combination of the crunchy sweetness of the carrots blended with these winter spices creates a creamy and rich flavored smoothie that is perfect for this colder weather!
Ingredients
  • 1cup peeled and cut carrots
  • 1/2cup soy milk
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1pinch of nutmeg
  • 1large banana
  • 1tbsp Pulsin pea protein powder
  • 1/4tsp ground vanilla
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Depending on your blender, you might need to mix a little longer than usual for the carrots to be fully chopped up.
